Money in
Contributions
M-Pesa STK push (member gets a PIN prompt), direct paybill payments that auto-match by phone number, cash/bank entries by the treasurer, and CSV import for your old records. Every entry shows who, when, how, and for which month.
M-Pesa QR & standing orders
Generate a QR code members scan to pay, or set up automatic monthly deductions (M-Pesa Ratiba) so contributions collect themselves.
Automatic reminders
Members who haven't paid by the 28th get a WhatsApp reminder with the exact amount and paybill details. No more chasing people one by one.
Money out
Loans
Members apply in-app; guarantors confirm digitally; the committee sees an AI risk assessment based on the applicant's actual contribution history; approval and M-Pesa disbursement happen in two clicks. Repayment schedules, reminders (including a phone call for seriously overdue loans), and automatic defaulter flagging are built in.
Welfare fund
Define cover tiers (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold with different monthly premiums and claim limits, covering spouse/children/parents). Members claim with a reason and documents; leaders approve; payment goes out via M-Pesa.
Merry-go-round (ROSCA)
Set the rotation order, pot amount and schedule. Everyone sees whose turn it is, who has received, and what's coming to them — the number-one source of chama disputes, solved with transparency.
Year-end share-out
The platform computes each member's payout from their share count automatically, tracks who has been paid, and records M-Pesa references for each payout.

Resolutions & voting
Put any decision to a formal vote with a deadline and quorum. Every member votes from their own phone; results and the voting record are permanent.
Meetings
Schedule meetings (physical or virtual with Google Meet links), track attendance, and let the AI turn the secretary's bullet points into formal minutes.
Reports & audit trail
Monthly summaries, member statements, KRA-ready income figures, and one-click export to Google Sheets. Every action on the platform is logged — who did what, when.

Late-payment fines are issued, tracked, paid or formally waived — with the reason on record.

Escrow & safe trading
